Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your fragrance. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Important Note About Hygiene
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted If
- The item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective.
- You received the wrong product (not what you ordered).
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Time Limit
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests received after this window may not be eligible.
How to Request a Return

- Your order details (order number, product name, and date of purchase).
- A clear photo of the item and the packaging, especially if damaged.
- The reason for the return or exchange.
We will review your request and confirm the next steps as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
- We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You cover return shipping if you simply changed your mind, provided the item qualifies for return (unopened, unused, and in original packaging).
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded via the original payment method or as store credit (if you prefer) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we can exchange it for the same product (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same 48-hour contact window and review process as returns.
